The staff are very nice and courteous. The place is clean. It would be better if the staff in the front desk can comminicate more better English. But everyone in the hotel are excellent

The Building feels old and the cleaning agents used emit a strong odor. The pillows are hard.

Perfect hotel for our family vacation!

The hotel staff are all very accommodating from the front desk to the cleaning ladies and bell man. I feel safe and at home in the hotel. The whole family also enjoyed Moomin Cafe where we take our daily breakfast for the hotel.

There is nothing in particular that I can think of.

Comfortable hotel in great location close to Metro

Lovely staff, friendly and welcoming with reasonable English. Great location close to metro and shops and restaurants.

The hotel doesn’t really cater for westerners in terms of breakfast. This wasn’t an issue for us as ‘when in Rome...and all that’ but might be for some. We simply went to Starbucks at the end of the road.

Perfect location and great service and room.

I love the location. It's right near a metro station and there's department stores with food courts, other variety of restaurants, and lots of shopping right on the main street. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and quiet. It's a small hotel, but it has everything we needed.

Cheap and cheerful abode

Clean and Quiet Location, but very convenient for shopping and restaurants in the local area. Also close to Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station.

Been staying here for years, but recently they are cost saving. ie. No more free mini-bar, No more L'Occitane Shampoo's & Gels, No more Fruit Bowl, Breakfast now is Buffet instead of Al-La-Carte.

Great place to stay- clean and convenient

The place is clean, comfortable, and organized. Very convenient due to its excellent location (in the Daan District- 大安區) in one of the most prosperous places in Taipei. The staff is friendly and accommodating, kindly allow us to leave several luggage at the lobby after checkout for more than 10 hours. The breakfast is excellent, delicious and covering both western and Chinese food.

We deserve a refund since we paid for a non.smke room.

It's not a non-smoke room. To a lung cancer patient, I suffered and stayed at a poor quality air room. The Manager supposed to come out a solution next day but never response.

Excellent location sorrounded by all locals eateries and short walk to Sogo shopping mall.Great massage just right opposite the hotel.

Very old and run down.Lack of staff as porter also can't afford to hire.Breakfast is horrible not many choices.

Our group stay in excellent hotel were very enjoyable, would always recommend to all interested .

The hotel staff were all attentive to our request and concerns. The front desk personnel were easy to deal and very accommodating to us. Well trained to service tourist as well other hotel guest. Will recommend to our associates and friend in there project trip to your beautiful city as well progressive.

The front door of rooms are too heavy to open . Door closer seams to be heavy duty or too big.
